The Talented Theo Tams.

Being an avid canadian idol fan over the years, I even surprised myself, in realizing I had only seen Theo perfom once since he won the last season of Canadian Idol. He was playing at a place called The Supermarket, in kensington Market. no, Its not a market.. rather then a resturant/louge with a Stage in the back.

I had forgotten how Talented Theo was. I mean, I was always a huge fan of his when he was on Idol, as he was my choice to win!!! but man.. Hes one of those artists that I could sit in a venue (like the supermarket) with a drink, and just listen to sing. His voice is seriously amazing, and you can totally see the passion and love for the music on his face when he performs.

I don't own Theos album, so most of the songs were new for me, but I do know that he sang some new songs last night at the show. I was impressed by pretty much every song.. and I may go out and buy the album in the near future.

The Highlight of his performance for me, was when he decided to do a cover of Lady Gaga's hit song Bad Romance.  I am a huge Gaga fan.. and Theo totally nailed it!

Theo is playing the Supermarket again next week.. as part of their WednesdaysGoPop shows.. so if your free and in the Toronto Area, I highly recommend heading down to check him out.
Head down early and grab dinner at the venue before hand as well! they have great foood
