The boys of Hedley have spent the last few weeks touring canada on their 1st Arena Tour! On April 5th "The Show Must Go" Tour rolled into the Air Canada Centre.
I have been a fan of Hedley and Jacob since Jacob was on Canadian idol. I remember the first time I saw Hedley perform. It was at this bar on Queen Street West in Toronto called the 360. By the time I had got there they were already on the stage... somehow me and my friends ended up ON the stage, dancing around with the guys.. Its a day I will never forget. Since then I have seen the guys grow, both as people (getting crazier) and bigger as a band..
From seeing them at the Underground, To the Oakville Waterfront Festival, To the Shows at the Hamilton Convention Centre and Hamilton Place to the small club in Barrie...everytime I see them perform I just feel so proud. I know that a lot of people out there put them down and call them posers or whatever. But there is no denying the talent that Jacob Hoggard possesses. His voice is so unique and he has insaneeee stage presence.
Hedley songs make me happy, they make me dance, and they make me think of my friends. I will never stop going to Hedley shows and supporting these boys!
I am going to see them again on Tuesday, as I was lucky enough to get some free tix to see them play at Copps here in Hamilton, So then I will post an actual review.. but for now.. enjoy the pics and check out the video!
I love them too!! I have been to every show they played in Ottawa. My friend and I got backstage in 2008 and I have the picture of all of us to remember that awesome night :-) They are truely a unique group, who always are openly greatful to their fans which I think is great!! I will be a fan for life.
