its not very often that bands I love come to Hamilton, so it makes me very happy when I find out I dont have to travel to Toronto or where ever to check out some killer music. 
This past weekened was the annual Spring Music Fest in Hamilton and I was pumped when I found out that My Darkest Days were headlining the Corktown Tavern.
I have seen My Darkest Days play before, and I pretty much fell in love with their music and their sound so I was looking forward to them again!!
Again, I was super impressed! Their music is mostly rock, but they stand out becuase their music makes you want to dance your butt off!!! Everyone at the Corktown was super into it and there were chicks dancing and guys rocking out and everyone was having a blast! The tunes are as catchy as hell and I am now a full blown MDD fan!!!
The guys are playin on June 11th at Norma Jeans in London.. so if you are from London.. or feel like a drive.. I highhhhhly suggest you go check them out!!!

I couldn't agree more Jenny! These guys are seriously amazing. They've got "it" and I have no doubt that they're going to make a very big imprint very soon. The first time I saw them I fell in love with their music and it's been awesome watching them grow and develop over the last few years. They've gone through lineup changes and continue to hone their craft and up their performance. They put all they have into every performance and the energy is totally off the hook. The songs are catchy but still very powerful. They've got a great combination of rhythm and rock mixed into their work. I'm so very excited to see what these next few months bring.
