Dean Lickyer Gets chance of a Lifetime!

Last year they were on Disband, were given 10 Thousand Dollars from Gene Simmons for being the best band at Canadian Music Week AND opened for Kiss at Sarnia Bayfest.. and This past Monday Night, Hamilton  Rockers DEAN LICKYER got another break..

to Open for BON JOVI at the Air Canada Centre! 

Dean Lickyer is made up of:

 Sean Royle (guitar), Justin Bozzo (bass), Josh Alvernia (vocals) and Zander Lamothe (drums)

The guys Kicked some serious ass up on that stage, in front of a pretty much PACKED house at the ACC on February 14th. "We came here to do 1 thing tonight, and thats to get you pumped for BON JOVI" Lead singer Josh Alvernia told the crowd at the end of the set. 

The Band was chosen by Jon Bon Jovi himself to open up the show, and was picked out of over 300 entries from a contest sponsored by Q107.

Dean Lickyer is a total flashback to the 1970s, with the shaggy hair and rock sounds reminiscent of The Doors and Zepplin. If their solid performance was any indication, watch out Canada.. Cuz these guys are going to be HUGE!
