I have lost track of how many years I have attended the Much Music Video Awards, but I always have fond memories of dressing up, heading downtown and feeling the anticipation in the air on Queen Street and the streets surrounding the Much Music studios. This year was no different, especially since Mother Monster Lady Gaga was going to be there! As usual I made it down to Much early in the day to watch the run-thru of the actual show and got some great photos of everyone rehearsing.
After eating dinner and getting all glammed up we headed back down to see the actual awards. Having grown out of sitting on the street for days to obtain a wristband, we risk it and try to find a good spot on the street. I actually remember days when we could line up at midnight the day before wristband give out and be the first people in line. ANYWHOS, my friends and I used our stelthy-ness to sneek down an alley way and found a spot in the crazy crowd directly infront of the main stage. Crammed in with all the other fans, I had a blast!
This years MMVAs was one of the best shows over the last few years in my opinion. Can't wait to see whats in store for next year!
