Sam Smith Brings The Lonely Hour to Toronto.. FINALLY!

I was holding onto these tickets to Sam Smith for MONTHS before he finally took the stage to a sold out crowd at the Air Canada Centre.  I had actually won tickets to the show that was supposed to be held at the Kool Haus through Indie88 way back in the summer. Due to issues with Sam, he had to postpone the show, and then due to demand, the show was moved to the Air Canada Centre.  While I totally hate sitting in the 300lv of the ACC, I will never turn down free concert tickets, so when the date finally came for Sam's show, You know I was there !    The concert was totally what I expected.  Sam Smith, in a suit, on a basic big stage, with just his backup singers and his band. Nothing Flashy, just his voice.  His album, In the Lonely Hour, was pretty much the soundtrack of 2014 for everyone who has been hurt, he is the male version of Adele when it comes to heartbreak, and his voice is incredible. For what the show was, a ton of ballads, an amazing voice, the show was perfection. Sam Smith is a seriously talented dude, and he has a killer career ahead of him.  Now only if his vocal chords will do what he needs them to do and not constantly get sick, he would be pure perfection!
