The Monumentour rolled into Toronto last night and PACKED the Molson Canadian Ampitheatre. Paramore, and their powerhouse singer, and insanely talented Hayley Williams pout on a seriously high energy show ! I have seen Paramore quite a few times over the years, from the Kool Haus to Warped Tour, and although Hayley's hair is always a different colour, they are consistently great. Hayley has a killer voice, and its undeniable when you hear her live. There is so many female pop stars, but its great to see a young woman rock so hard and have so much fun while not sounding like a cookie cutter pop star. It is also clear from how many people (mostly teenage girls) who were freaking out and singing every world, that she is also a huge role model and its refreshing to see. The show itself was entertaining! There was confetti bombs at least 5 times, which not only went off right infront of the stage, but also exploded at different areas in the venue, so even the kids in the lawn seats got covered in it! The high light of the show was when Hayley brought one of their fans onstage to sing with them, and the girl rocked it!!! I love bands that make an effort to connect with their fans, so that made me love them even more. Their set ended with their newest, and highest charting US single to date "Ain't It Fun", and yes, Paramore... it WAS fun ! If you wern't one of the 15,000 there, check out the photos from the show !
