Last August I saw them perform, and this past week I headed back down to the Molson Ampitheatre to see one of the hottest bands perform again, Maroon 5. Thanks to the Amp and their amazing summer deals, I scored myself a good deal for the joint Maroon 5/Train tour on August 22nd. As soon as lead singer Adam Levine took the stage and sang the 1st line to their newest hit "Moves Like Jagger" everyone in the venue was on their feet and dancing.
Adam has a sex appeal that doesn't even need an explanation. Most recently he won over even more hearts as a judge and mentor on the hit show "The Voice". Maroon 5 did a solid hour and 15 minute set, I would have loved it to be longer, but I loved that both Train and Maroon 5 performed each a full set. They mixed songs off all the albums, including all of their hits. The biggest highlight, was when during the encore, Adam lead the crowd in a round, with "She will be Loved". There is nothing better then hearing thousands of people singing a song together. Its what makes concerts one of my favourite things in the world.
