I fell in love.. with THE YEARS at Scenefest.

With so many new/local bands out there right now, I will admit it isn't often I find myself getting seriously attached to one. It has actually been a while since I have discovered myself a new band to fall in love with. But all that changed last Sunday when I got to this years, SCENEFEST in St. Catharines.  First up on my list for the day, was a band called THE YEARS, who are actually from St. Catharines. These 5 guys immediately struck a chord in my heart, and I can pretty much say, I fell in love in that park at Scene.  They are pop, but with a hint of RnB and damn, they are actually fantastic.  They are up for  102.1 The Edge: "Next Big Thing" contest, so PLEASE go to www.edge.ca and vote for these guys, becuase they need to win !  You can also head over to their website THE YEARS WEBSITE to download their EP for free !!
