The Festival of Friends always brings some great bands and artists to the Hamilton Area and this years event brought out some great talent. One specifically was LIGHTS. If you have looked at this blog before, you know that I never miss her when she plays locally, and that she is crazy talented . I was tired as hell but that didn't stop me from heading over to the Ancaster Fair Grounds to check out LIGHTS performance on the TD stage at this years Festival. I will point out, that I am not a fan of the new Ancaster Fair Grounds to begin with, let alone having moved the Festival of Friends from its original location of Gage Park. I wish the festival would return back to the park.... anywhos. LIGHTS brought out a huge crowd, of mostly Highschool Students and young men.. I lost track of how many times I heard a guy mention how hot she was or heard one scream out "Marry Me Lights". Either way, shes gorgeous, and she put on a great show as always !!! She played hits from her new album "Siberia" as well as all her hits. I loved seeing her and I hope she tours Canada again soon !
